American Nomads Trailers

BBC Documentary focusing on drifters, drop-outs, tramps and RV snowbirds, squatters, hermits, cowboys and Indians in the American Southwest. Very interesting stories on how and why many became nomadic, and what the lifestyle means; all done without judgment or glorification.

Salubfoto It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.
ru_thaker Very nicely done and easy viewing with decent un overpowering fitting music. Captures subtly the essence & spirit of this part of America with it' big wide open spaces, roads & desserts of the West also where people are drawn to pass through and experience. Richard Grant does a good job quietly and respectfully hosting this with good writing. A nice insight to some of the lives & stories from the Rodeos, the Preacher, the 'White Owls'/retired folk in their RVs, the freight train Vietnam Veterans and especially young Comfrey's and his unknowing destiny. Good viewing overall.
