Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Tayyab Torres
Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
Yash Wade
Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.

Spoiler don't read after this point if you don't want to know. The main theme in the movie is about spirituality and it gives you a look in to what the writer thinks happens when we pass away. In this movie someone is about to die but as his soul leaves his body and visits every loved person to say it's good byes, he figures out that if he leaves at this moment the two persons he cares the most for, will hate each other and there for resent each other and end their friendship forever; instead of supporting each other after he is gone. So he decides to go back to his body and fight for his life. As he gets better and starts his difficult new life; he hates it ,as he forgot the reason why he went back. But thanks to the help of a friend that believes in spirituality, he is able to remember why he came back. Once he feels like the two people that he came back for, care and support each other... Then he is ready to die.

This is one of the most disappointing movies I have ever seen, mainly because of the ending. Even though there were a lot of weak spots in the movie, I still had some hopes that it could be saved with a good ending. Even though the best friend's comments early in the movie made it clear what his feelings were, the plot allowed him to realize them through his own misdeeds. The husband's choice at the end made absolutely no sense. There were so many options that were available to him, and his choice was the least palatable. The final shot of the movie was the last straw, and had me shouting obscenities that I had wasted my time watching this movie. I watched it this morning on a cable network and I feel very disappointed that I allowed this movie to ruin my whole day.

A movie about a married couple and their best friend.Michael (Costas Mandylor) and Peter (Adam Baldwin) are cops. In a take-down, Peter accidentally shoots Michael and he may never walk again. Rumors flywas it an accident? Did Peter do it to get Jill (whom he is secretly in love with)? Michael struggles with his own emotions but in the process, he shuts Jill (Alexandra Paul) out. Then he comes to terms with the situation, and gives Peter and Jill his blessing.Slow at times, but overall a good movie. Shows a lot of human emotions that sometimes conflict with each other. Make sure you have a box of Kleenex handy.

Incase you don't know what is about, then it is about a married couple and their best friend. It is not a love triangle as such, but a drama of emotions, played out to the setting of injuries, police officers and ice hockey. The film is good in part and poor at times. The anger I feel when people behave irrationally, but you have to convince yourself that people may react in that way. Still I will not point out exactly which bits I am referring to, you can enjoy that for yourself. At the half hour point I was beginning to get quite annoyed with this film, but it did improve near to the end. I did find that some emotional content that was enjoyable to watch play out. Many people will find this movie dull and uninteresting. This is by no means brilliant or ground breaking, but it does have value if you ask me. 5/10... ooh I'm harsh.
