Kailansorac Clever, believable, and super fun to watch. It totally has replay value.
Voxitype Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.
Lollivan It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
Catherina If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Randy Ormond This is one of the funniest shows that has aired on MTV (technically MTV2, but they should show it on regular MTV) since the glory days of "Beavis and Butt-head", "The State", etc. Jeff Ross brings his well-honed, razor-sharp comic timing and Tracy Morgan brings his wild, loony persona to a show centered around making fun of celebrities (which is the funniest thing to do at the moment, because the cult of celebrity is out of control). Ross and Morgan make a perfect comedic team. My buddies and I all loved watching it this past summer. I can't wait till it comes back, I loved the way every show was loaded with jokes and one-liners. Like "The Simpsons", "South Park" or "King of the Hill" it's more than just a cartoon, it's also just a great comedy show. Maybe it's not up to the level of those shows yet, but in a short time it could be. With all the comedic talent involved in this show, the sky's the limit. This show rocks!
Cobod Shelly If you're up on pop culture its hilarious! I'm sure most celebrities wouldn't find it funny because they make fun of them! and its kinda mean...but if you have a good sense of humor and a mean streak, You'll fall out laughing!!!! Truthfully, I bet celebrities laugh at it too..until they see themselves on it..then they get mad! HEY..I'm ready to buy the full season of DVDs. As much as MTV shows reruns and marathons, I'm waiting for the marathon of this show so that I can record them all. Finally MTV is making something worth watching. If they're not going to play videos at least play something funny...aside from dumb people kicking themselves in the leg and letting snakes bite em in the azz.
sinistr2 This cartoon could be described as 'Beavis and Butthead get turned into dogs and go to LA'. That is not to say that it is bad, it has it's moments. It shamelessly satirizes the Hollywood elite to the point that lawyers must drool. The humor is so derived from current tabloid fodder that you have to wonder if it will still be that funny years from now. The main problem that I have with this cartoon is that MTV2 schedules it at times when small children could watch it. This is not responsible of them. This is an adult cartoon. Let me clarify that. This is an adult cartoon with some juvenile humor in it. I neither have small children or consider myself prudish. If I had small children, I would put a permanent lock on this channel.
Scott I get the feeling with all of the recap shows on every Hollywood wannabe channel that go over the minutest happening in Ventura County, somebody thought a cartoon would be a fresh take on a dying fad. Apparently, nobody told them that's been tried before and that none of them succeeded. I'm referring particularly to the show starring Robert Evans, former President of Paramount Pictures as a Hollywood mogul disguised as a social butterfly and able to swing with the A-list of Hollywood. This show however places two comedians in the bodies of mutts and throws them into Hollywood circumstances where they behave as flies on walls to the private conversations of the biggest stars. The problem of this show lies in the comedians' inability to write original material that successfully satirizes events of which we are more than familiar with. The animation style is overdone and basically a rip-off of many different styles without any of the excitement those original styles once had. The caricatures of celebrities in this show seems to have been where the majority of time was spent, and even then they aren't very good. Add to the fact the show is full of dumb premises and situations, and you get one huge flop of a show.
