Because of her, I got started watching cooking shows on TV. Her personality and cooking style is absolutely wonderful. With so many prepared food that is available, it is tempting to purchase these foods. However, she inspires me do real cooking again--like I grew up with. Sometimes I do not care of her ingredients, but it is easy to change to what I prefer. I have food allergies, which I absolutely hate, but I know how to switch from wheat to rice or potato flour. I can use almond milk for cow milk and coconut oil instead of butter. I love her guests and I will continue to watch her show. I will always appreciate her love for America, which shows in her cooking style.
