BALSAMO also gave a taste of how might have been to love all those unusually awesome vamps—those classy, stylish ladies.I have seen this TV series when I was 13 and I remember enjoying it enormously—the excitement, the adventure, the eeriness of the depicted age, the handsome Marais, the beautiful women …. I am such a great fan of Marais and perhaps I should have spoken a lot more already about his movies—those worth watching—like BALSAMO and a melodrama with Danielle Darrieux and an action thriller like TRAIN D'ENFER--but I will make it up in the future.
