Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

Sienna-Rose Mclaughlin The movie really just wants to entertain people.

johnmcclane-54117 *The story is explained at the beginning of the first episode, so you can discount this as being a spoiler, since if you plan on watching you will find this out within minutes. *Sophie, our protagonist, is living in an orphanage since her brother disappeared 3 years earlier, and while searching for him, she runs into a whole different world of "Horrors" and Makai knights and alchemists(the good guys). Sophie's growth throughout the series and the action scenes really make the anime worth watching, but if you're not into over-the-top fights between good and evil, i guess you can give this one a skip.
