Platicsco Good story, Not enough for a whole film
    SincereFinest disgusting, overrated, pointless
Hayleigh Joseph This is ultimately a movie about the very bad things that can happen when we don't address our unease, when we just try to brush it off, whether that's to fit in or to preserve our self-image.
Abegail Noëlle While it is a pity that the story wasn't told with more visual finesse, this is trivial compared to our real-world problems. It takes a good movie to put that into perspective.
Capt Awesome This might be the worst cop drama ever. I'm not sure which is worse, the acting or the writing. It seems Soo fake. The LT has no passion, no anger, no force behind her voice. The partnerships are forced. I Can't believe I wasted an hour watching this garbage on Hulu. There is nothing realistic about this pile of garbage. Is is actually worse than those crappy LA versions of NCis and law n order Abc should be ashamed . . . Is this enough words? Or lines. Fuc$ IMDb and your stupid review requirements? Blah Bah blah blah blah blah yaddayadda, F this $hit djjdjdjdjjdjdkkdkd djjdjdjdjjdjdkkdkd. Djjdjdjdjjdjdkkdkd. Djjdjdjdjjdjdkkdkd d d d d did
Goodluck Internetstalkers All you have to do is watch the pilot. Fantastic acting from all of the actors with a few mistakes in the pilot (which was the only episode not shot in Detroit). But... unless you live in Michigan, no one give a crap about Detroit so the show was cancelled after one season. I don't care about what the NYPD shows think they have, because Detroit 1-8-7 has humor, drama, action, a little bit of romance, and just about everything you look for in a show/movie. With a season finale you want an episode that gives you closure in case the show doesn't air again, but also leaves the show open for another season. I watched the show on Netflix and it will never leave the instant queue. Watch Detroit 1-8-7 and you will find out that it's our city, our rules in Detroit.
Valithanithizum One of the best crime shows since The Wire. Full of strong, witty, intelligent dialog. Great case work and crime solving, along with strong acting and good cinematography. Finch was one of the greatest characters to come out in a long time. His strange persona, but upbeat and quirky way of getting things done was epic. This show got so damn good towards the end of the season, I bet this would have progressed so much in just a few more seasons. This is now the 4th or 5th show ABC should have not cancelled, including the Playboy Club and Prime Suspect, and a few others that slip my mind. Shame on you ABC. You don't know a great TV show if it smacked you in the face.
big_O_Other This is one of the best of the cop shows out there; almost, but not quite, in the NYPD Blue league for its grittiness and for its hiring good actors both in main roles and as extras. I never thought I could be convinced by Michael Imperioli as a policeman rather than a Mafioso, but he is really very good. The story lines are also complex enough to be occasionally quite intriguing rather than predictable. James McDaniels is as good as he was on NYPD Blue, with the same dignified style and obvious intelligence. The Detroit that also is a 'star' of the show is very well presented: realistically, but without obvious prejudice. For the life of me I cannot see why ABC gave the very silly show Body of Proof a second season and not this one! Will someone pick up the series and continue it?
