beachwoman-20131 I remember when the pilot was shown it says that Abbey moved back home with her twin girls but in season 2 episode 9, Carrie is having a birthday and she is now 10 yrs old. What happened???? Then I read in another site that one daughter is 9 and the other is 7.I had a feeling they weren't twins so why did they say it in the pilot?

bcjjjs Why name it Chesapeake Shores if you are going to film it in Canada? You do not invite the family over for crabs and serve Alaskan crab legs; you serve steamed blue crabs. Nobody would be caught dead wearing a Yankees' shirt; it's Orioles and Ravens teams here. Such a daggone good show but the entire premise of it being on the Chesapeake is unrealistic. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - C'mon, you can do it!

mdfirefighter The show itself is fairly good, decent acting and good story line but, the filming location is a constant irritation while watching. The scenery looks nothing like the area around the real Chesapeake Bay. Got to love those snow capped mountains along the shore, wait, there are no snow capped mountains along the Chesapeake shore. You would think that with today's editing ability they could do something about it. Oh well, haven't decided if I am going to keep on watching or not.

iamruby-75286 Really enjoyed this show. Like the plot and the actors. Love the relationships that they have with each. A really good show to watch minus all the violence. Love the family feel and how they stick together. The scenery is outstanding and the characters are well developed. The only thing missing is diversity of any kind. Come on people, no diversity with friends, people walking in the street or even working in any of the businesses. None of any kind! That's not realistic.That needs fixing!
