Brenda The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

movieman_kev This 46 and a half minute documentary is featured on The Nightmare Series Encyclopedia DVD, which is on the seventh disc of the Nightmare on Elm Street box set. It features interviews with all the main cast and crew. Everything about the first film is covered from the origins of the story to casting to shopping it around to talk of the alternative endings and everything it between. The sequels only get a brief mention of the sequels, thats the only thing lacking in the documentary. But hey you can't have everything, I guess. Plus the less said about "Freddy's Revenge" is always good.My Grade: B
