Two Towns of Jasper Trailers

Using two separate filmmaking teams (an all-white crew filming white residents and an all-black camera crew filming black residents), TWO TOWNS OF JASPER captures very different racial views by townsfolk in Jasper, Texas, the location for a racially motivated murder of an African American man in 1998.

Reviews
Claysaba Excellent, Without a doubt!!
Huievest Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
Cody One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.
Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
heatherfeather-2 I recently had the chance to watch this Documentary in my college Sociology class and I have to say it's one of the best films I've seen in my life. I was aware that Racism was still running rampant through our country, but never to this extent. I never realized that men like James Byrd Jr. were still brutally murdered just because they happened to be a different race than someone else.Thankfully they don't show any pictures of James's body, but some of the descriptions people give are a bit grisly. I felt a little sick just imagining some of the things he had to go through. Other than that though, it's a beautifully done film and I think that it should be required that all college students view it at one time or another.
