The movie is made so realistic it has a lot of that WoW feeling at the right moments and never tooo over the top. the suspense is done so well and the emotion is felt. Very well put together with the music and all.

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

Just caught "Due amici" on TV the other night so I wanted to watch that movie, because I really like our, European movies. They bring in something new on TV in Croatia were you can watch at least five American movies in one day."Due amici" is like it's said in the title, a story about two friends who are very different. Nunzio is very shy and curious person and he works in a factory. Soon he gets fired from his job because of his illness (he coughs a lot from chemicals he breaths in the factory). Nunzio lives in apartment with Pino. Pino on the other hand is very mysterious man and actually the only friend of Nunzio. Pino is always traveling because of his work and Nunzio has no idea what is he doing for living. This is first directing project for Spiro Scimone and Francesco Sframeli. They did this movie according to their play. Scimone and Sframeli directed this one very good because they wanted to isolate the story and that is the reason why they way of directing is very usual. The story is important and it shows us lives of two people who are becoming better and better friends as the movie goes on. It is greatly shown how Nunzio is weak individual; and Pino is totally opposite. Although Pino is obviously not a good man (his job), he's always there to help Nunzio; and without him Nunzio would probably be lost. And that is what real friends do. Help each other when they are in need.So if you can, watch the play, if you cannot watch this movie. Both leading actors are great. It is not a masterpiece but it's a good Italian movie.
