The Salivation Army Trailers

A tale of blood, sex, spit, spunk and cult recruitment. “This Is the Salivation Army” was, in his own words, a queer pagan punk publication produced by Scott Treleaven from 1996-1999. The film tracks the rise and demise of Treleaven's zine and the strange cult it spawned.

Reviews
Tetrady not as good as all the hype
HeadlinesExotic Boring
Asad Almond A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
Haven Kaycee It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film
Havan_IronOak Three friends publish a 'zine stating their anarchist queer punk manifesto. Equal parts dogma, anarchy, S&M fantasy and practical joke, they are surprised with the response from like minded souls around the globe. This film is an interesting short about what happens when three guys are messing about with ideas that even they don't really believe in and strike a chord with other people they don't even know.We now have ways of communicating with scores of people we don't even know. Do we have anything to say? This short piece is worth viewing if only to attune oneself momentarily with its anarchic viewpoint.
