The Quantum Activist Trailers

There is a revolution going on in science. A genuine paradigm shift. While mainstream science remains materialist, a substantial number of scientists are supporting and developing a paradigm based on the primacy of consciousness. Amit Goswami, Ph.D., a pioneer of this revolutionary new perspective within science, shares with us his vision of the unlimited potential of consciousness as the ground of all being, and how this revelation can actually help us to live better. The Quantum Activist tells the story of a man who challenges us to rethink our very notions of existence and reality, with a force and scope not felt since Einstein. This film bridges the gap between God and Science. The work of Goswami, with stunning precision and without straying from the rigors of quantum mechanics, reveals the overarching unity inherent in the world’s major religions and mystical traditions. Meet the man behind the message…

Reviews
Hellen I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Phillipa Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
blanche-2 This isn't a great quality film, and the gentleman speaking has a thick accent (I use closed captioning).I have to agree with some other reviewers - an open mind is necessary when dealing with quantum physics. It's another way of looking at the world, and the world, the brain, the body, these are all complex things. Anyone who is dismissive of it, in my opinion, is somewhat arrogant, because we don't have all the answers.I find quantum physics interesting and I've enjoyed looking into it. This is a decent film. If you're not interested in learning about it, don't watch the movie. The concepts are fascinating. It won't kill anyone to think differently for a change.
randallsnyderjr I'm a late comer to this film. I wish I had seen it when it was new. I'm sharing this film with everyone I know, well that I know who aren't entrenched in their way of thinking about spirituality or religion. My partner and I watched and were inspired to do more searching for the primary concept developed in this film. What we've found is there are numerous bright people in history who share the same premise for the relationship between science and spirituality. The more we read the more we discover there is real cause for this message to reach the broadest audience possible. I would be delighted to encounter others who get it like the kindly spoken Professor Goswami. If you have the chance to absorb the content and follow the reason, I truly believe you will have shared an experience with others who are also aware of their connection to the non-local consciousness.
movie_alien I watched this movie tonight with very little expectations, I didn't even know what it was. I read the other reviews after I watched it. I don't understand why people find it hard to find meaning in the quantum life of everything? There were two negative reviews and one positive review. If what I gather from the negative reviews spoke to me and to what I use to make decisions in my life, I would have been disappointed - of course. This was about one teacher and one teacher's viewpoints on a current and evolving science that needs innovative thinkers to expand on the knowledge. I found him very engaging and very intuitive.Might not work for everyone. But take the negative or the biased reviews (heck take the positive ones in the same way) with a grain of salt. I don't agree with many politicians but I will still listen and provide constructive feedback. Why can't people do the same for scientists? Even ones that might be labeled "fringe" by the current culture. They might have something useful to say - like the one truth we can all find our way to agree on if we examine our own ways of thinking is that it is essential to treat people how you would honestly want to be treated.
tedg Gosh, yet another something to buy as a shortcut to enlightenment. Yet again we encounter quantum physics as the magical combo: a scientific mystery that "proves" the mysteries beyond. Just what those mysteries are, depends on the salesman of course, but it is usually some Jungian truths presented with sparkly eyes.In this case, we get an esteemed professor who teaches the stuff, so he must know what he is talking about, right? Oh, and he is a Hindu with spiritual awards as well, so has street cred there too. Problems:What we have in this film is basically this one guy prattling on. I suppose one could edit this into a tight film like Linklater did in "Waking Life," or could spread out like we saw in "Ayurveda." Of we could have amusing animations like "What the ##."You have to know a few things. One is that just because someone teaches accounting doesn't mean he has insights into the dynamics of the economy. Quantum mechanics is clerical work; it is quantum logic (or whatever you choose to call the principles when divorced from physics) that is where the mysteries lay. You should also know that there is a long and seamy relationship between spiritual pitchmen and scientific notions: magnetism, vibrations, relativity, the fourth dimension have all had their turn as proof without realizing that they are metaphor. This is bad filmmaking, bad science and unconvincing spiritual wisdom. I would point the student to "Andrey Rublyov" instead.Ted's Evaluation -- 1 of 3: You can find something better to do with this part of your life.
