The Hollow Trailers

It's Halloween eve on Shelter Island, and the small town is preparing for a killer storm. But the dark clouds gathering over the island are bringing with them a curse one-hundred years in waiting. As the woods give birth to an ungodly and insatiable creature of fire, bones, and earth, three sisters must scramble to stay alive through the long dark night of the Hollow. For it's not something you can kill. It's only something you can try and survive.

Reviews
GamerTab That was an excellent one.
Boobirt Stylish but barely mediocre overall
Kidskycom It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.
Hayleigh Joseph This is ultimately a movie about the very bad things that can happen when we don't address our unease, when we just try to brush it off, whether that's to fit in or to preserve our self-image.
william_morris Once the story gets rolling it follows three completely unlike-able main characters continually being unpleasant to one another. Will they die? Will they live? We are never given a reason to care. The problem with starting your movie with *that* much tension is that once you peak there's nowhere to go, and it peaks in the first twenty minutes. Jump scare, scream, rinse, repeat for-EVER. Not even the beginnings of entertaining.
Michael Ledo Three sisters go to live with their Aunt Cora (Deborah Kara Unger) on a remote NW island. It is Halloween and there is a monster thing (see DVD cover) on the loose and it is killing the residents. Emma (Alisha Newton) the youngest of the 3 sisters sees its killings in her dreams. We get an explanation of what this is by Toby (Dylan Playfair) who looks like a young Kurt Russell. This is a made for TV film. Nothing the kids can't see outside of a little horror. I thought the opening build up was good with Aunt Cora and Emma being spooked out. However once the film gets going, it gets into a rut and can't generate any more horror.
Lord Voldemort Caution: MAY CAUSE HEARING IMPAIRMENTS.If you enjoy having your ears blown off by continuous screaming - DO NOT BOTHER WATCHING. I will now complete this review with non-relevant information because apparently you have to write a minimum of five lines, but there really isn't much else to say about this movie be it negative or positive.
joesusnja Great short film. I liked it. I could picture myself in that situ Would be better as a television series or full big $ production butall in all. Good acting. Good movie just rushed Taking more time and exposure to the characters would be enormously better for the filmwicker man or alien? I love the catch phrase " The storm bought something with it"A must see.I think most would enjoyX-Files or such like experience. Not bad at all So nice to see so.many horror science fiction movies being released and seen in the same year
