The Four Noble Truths Trailers

Filmed in London in 1997, this documentary chronicles a series of lectures given by the 14th Dalai Lama. Over the course of six hours, he covers the four basic principles of Buddhist thought: The existence of suffering, the cause of suffering, the cessation of suffering and the way that leads to the cessation of suffering. He then explains the Buddhist worldview and how one can reach the path to inner peace through meditation.

Reviews
Nessieldwi Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.
Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Allissa .Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
