The 4th Trailers

It's the Fourth of July in Los Angeles, and Jamie, a broke illustrator who is behind on his rent, tries to throw a cookout while his overbearing roommate is out of town, but everything seems to go wrong.

Reviews
Perry Kate Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
Stephanie There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
Brooklynn There's a more than satisfactory amount of boom-boom in the movie's trim running time.
mathbower This movie is great, I loved Funnel and I loved this. I don't know who these old curmudgeons are but in today's world the fact that a piece of entertainment could be so polarizing is a good thing.
edgordonrn If you're not from Southern California, you might not get it entirely. But I lived there a long time, and I thought this movie was very entertaining. It really, in a comedy way, showed the difference between normal human responses to things and "California" responses to things. Personally, I'd watch it again just to make sure I got all the subtle humor. I liked it. :)
txo-60900 I've been alive for more than 43 years. I've never tried to review a movie until I viewed this one, and frankly I felt I had to watch it all the way through just to see if there was any redeeming value to it. I've viewed easily 5000 films. I have seen work of this quality, but it's been since I was in college viewing other students films. I feel sorry for the people that funded this project. It lacks story, intent, acting, production, and purpose. Simply the worst movie I've ever seen.
neil-swift-23453 I like to think I have a good sense of humour and can take something from any genre but this was just dull and boring to the point where I literally wanted to slap some of the characters. We basically spend a day in the life of the most boring man on the planet who is then out bored by friends, friends of friends and random encounters. The problem with writing, directing and staring in a production like this is that if you don't allow other peoples input or criticism then it's all on you and sadly Andre Hyland, it's all on you.I gave it 2 stars as the gummy bear scene was mildly amusing but the rest was like spending a day with a distant cousin who you just met and had nothing in common with.
