PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Sarita Rafferty There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
Scotty Burke It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review
Janis One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
Horst in Translation (filmreviews@web.de) "Savages: The Interrogations" consists of 25 snippets, each roughly a minute. We see interviews with all the protagonists from Oliver Stone's "Savages". The 3-time Academy award winner also directed this little add-on. I have to say I am not really familiar with the movie, haven't seen it, but these 5*5 snippets did not get me in the mood to do so. Benicio del Toro is a great actor, but here he is more weird than entertaining and the rest of the cast wasn't particularly convincing either. It's a series of little interviews with the main characters and we also find out what happened to them in the movie. Maybe it's time for del Toro to get out of his Oscar-winning drug movie niche. All in all, I do not recommend this one.
