It's about a guy who is framed and hunted by hit men but the story is nowhere near as interesting as it sounds because the film as a whole lacks momentum and suspense. Instead it goes through the motions throughout; the acting is far from bad but everything else about this movie is beyond dull. If it had a little more kick, and a little more drive, then it might have been acceptable viewing material.
