Reviews
Spoonatects Am i the only one who thinks........Average?
InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Catherina If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
OJT Filmmaker Linda was raped when she was 15 years old, back in 1997. Now, 18 years later, she has decided to make a documentary about rape, based upon her own thoughts about what happened to her. She never went to the police, and has never been able to get rid of what she thinks is her own guilt in the rape. She is the main character and interviewer in the film, going through what her rape was, rape victims, rapists, police, psychologists and therapists dealing with her post traumatic stress disorder, which made her for some time ended up in a wheel chair. A strong film with a biased reporter, dealing with all her feelings while carrying her own history and when she decides to report her rape, 18 years later. She soon gets to know that the case is considered closed. Then she gets a contra message. It's a strangely biased film, still it's very interesting and fresh film making, following her ups and downs through the process. Strong film making.
