Frances Chung Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Cassandra Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
Jordan R Colton So this film is named Puppy, and is about a killer puppy that came from the vikings hundreds of years ago who lived over in Europe, but this puppy has landed in San Francisco in a small viking ship...makes sense to you right? Well anyway after the terrible introduction that includes the title introduction with a girl jumping on a trampoline with bouncing boobs, and puppies in cages running around, what relation these have there is no explanation. After this intro there is the puppy who has washed up on shore and is almost ran over by a man driving in his car. His voice is dubbed over, as are many who are in this film and the dubbing is very much off. This dude happens to be a pet shop owner and his sister has wanted to get a puppy for a long time. So she gets the puppy and is going to be living with her and her 4 other roommates. All of whom are college students that have not many brains and also love to smoke pot. Seems like a great story so far right? Well as things continue to progress there are a lot of stupid and pointless lines and conversations that make no sense at all. Then the puppy begins the process of slowly killing off every person in the home, and the men that they are involved with. The hilarious killing scenes are that of the worst low budget films that you could ever see. I know if I had the budget of 10 dollars for blood and everything else I would have been able to make scenes that were much more grotesque and actually gross and scary. Well that is basically the film. There is not really much else to talk about the story. Or for the film for that matter. I felt like I had wasted two hours of my life and I truly wanted it back. There really was no reason for this film to be made and I hope that no one ever gets the opportunity to see this pile of dog crap. I am an avid fan of bad movies, but even this one was not worth watching. I was laughing my head off in a lot of scenes and then grossed out because of the parts that really had no value to the story, and was just some dumb reason to get girls to take off their shirts. It reminded me of what a bad porno would have been like. So if that is your thing, then I guess you can watch this, but avoid this film and make sure that you don't get yourself a copy. My friend said that she would wish that this film would be buried and never dug up again because it was just so bad. Whoever thought that this was going to be a horror film, or even a comedy has no sense of brains, filming skill, or understanding of what people are looking for. Pass on this one. Always.
