Reviews
SteinMo What a freaking movie. So many twists and turns. Absolutely intense from start to finish.
Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
Deanna There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
Phillipa Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
milordfireblade When I saw this movie on the shelves of the rental store, I thought it was going to be a high- budget Hollywood horror flick just from the cover. Fortunately, I was wrong.'Prism' was both interesting and suspenseful, with rather good acting filling in for a plot that has holes here and there. The director managed to hide the film's low-budget origins rather well during the shooting, re-using sets that looked plausible and doing good work with the clearly minimal funding available. The ending, though slightly confusing, presented a somewhat-satisfying end for the movie. All in all, I'd recommend this film.
gary-elrick when i first read about the storyline i thought oh great a bit of a scifi movie, but alas nothing at all to do with sci fi or horror or thriller or drama or anything else.this has got to classed as a Z movie never find a b or a c movie, possibly the worse acting I've ever seen in any movie ever ,no story line no plot just absolute utter garbage,i actually cannot fill the entire words required by the IMDb to place this comment on this movie,im just utterly stunned it was ever released.rubbish, crap, rubbish, the worst movie ever .please do not watch this utter rubbish in fact i think they got the entire cast from a shopping mall, this movie may make you brain dead.
jackie-382 Amazing acting especially by Karen Garcia and Jeremy Childs. I can see why Karen won best actress in the Hollywood film festival. Not only is she beautiful, but believable as a psychiatrist. Prism keeps your attention and makes your heart race as you try to anticipate what is next. Funny at times with a different twist. You will want to watch it over & over to get something extra every time. Leanne takes you with her as she explores the odd and not understood things that are going on in the hospital. The profiles of the mental patients make them seem so real to you. Some of them you love, while others send chills up your spine. I was lucky to see the premier at the Belcourt Theater in Nashville, TN.
