Reviews
Supelice Dreadfully Boring
mraculeated The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
Griff Lees Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.
Payno I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
cooss this is a school project with a great cast! erkan can takes the movie to a whole new level. his great acting as a mafia boss reminded me of his another movie: "gemide" given that this is a short movie and tells a lot, editing must have been a big issue. so the resemblance with Tarantino is something we should pretend not to see..other than the plot itself, movie has many real amusing elements like the origins of the tales that have been told by mothers to babies.one thing that bothers me is the subtitles in English. they were embedded to the copy i watched and in my humble opinion, they have to be modified, better written again.
destvala the movie begins with flashback which is actually the whole movie and ends with the same scene.although it is hard to use it in a short movie and tell something in a limited time, this movie carries out it successfully. the slang language and the swears are used properly although sometimes you are asking yourself "do they have to swear for this?". but you don't feel ill at ease. Erkan Can and Akasya Asliturkmen are acting very successfully.director's style is good and it will be more personal and original in his next movies. however, Bayraktar's attitude towards critics cannot be approved.he is reacting in extreme to the criticisms in one of the website about short movies..
yaman derbent When you smoke a bunchy weed and start believing everyone is looking at you because you look like Erkan Can and not because you're squinting in the dark and grumbling about a film with little smiling. Illegal transporting with God's gifts. There was an animal, mole who is the right hand man of Erkan Can, he has girl friend , she called white-snow uses usually weed or coke . That'z the summary.. "He got a black soul" Actually the cast include so famous Turkish acts .But the director B.Bayraktar used unusual editing techniques .Shame on you B.B., shame on u! Nobody can put forward a film easily. Includes these famous acts into the fanatical mass. Director has a no fair about negative reactions.. It'z juts a model of "All access -Full success"
