Reviews
Actuakers One of my all time favorites.
Chirphymium It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Quiet Muffin This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
nadine-taeuber This movie is one of my favorites because it has a soul. The characters are incredibly well chosen and their approachable and and loving nature just makes you their friend. The settings are just amazing. Alterating between China and Germany, showing two different life-styles. The story includes people we meet every day and the mix of two cultures adds extra flavor to this one of a kind German master piece. The title might be a little ill chosen because APPLE and iphones do not play a major role in this film. But the cell phone and its technology show once again that the world has come together and that although we live on two different continents everyone is just a click or a phone call away. Thiis movie can be compared to Same Same but Different, which also treats the topic of cultural exchange and love without borders.
