Kattiera Nana I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

Leoni Haney Yes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.
KineticSeoul This is one of the worst Korean romantic comedy I seen. Everything about is just poorly done, from the plot to the acting and everything else. And it's not just the fact that it's overly stereotypical, generic, cliché and predictable either. It should have just focused on a modern selfish Korean girl, trying to fit in the traditional Korean setting. But it goes all over the place, and in the most boring way possible. It's just over the top, corny, greasy, sleazy and boring. The protagonist despite her looks become more deslikable as the movie progresses. And it's not because of her character, but the inner demeanor and poor acting is just some of it. This may come off as a cheap shot, but to other viewers that disagree...Well everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But yeah, none of the characters stands out and easily forgettable. It's just a overly corny and greasy movie, when it comes to the characters and everything else. This flick was made in 2008, but appears to be much older. The comedy is more annoying and plain out silly than it actually being funny. I was barely able to sit through this thing, it was just so darn difficult to pay attention to what was going on. Because it was going into multiple different directions, instead of focusing on the core of the story. But none of it, held any weight. Just pass on this one, utter waste of time.2.6/10
Desertman84 Frivolous Wife is film of different genres. It has a mix of action, drama and comedy.Aside from that, it has a love story with a mix of family values too. Also, it has the unusual mixture of traditional and modern characters as well. This movie is certainly to attract viewers from all ages. Unfortunately, the story was clichéd and predictable. The acting was average. Also, the movie tried to have the successful elements that made Jun Ji-Hyun starrer,My Sassy Girl successful. But it never provided the same feel like the said Asian masterpiece as it became an ordinary film that a person would enjoy.
heikki A young girl gets pregnant by a boy who turns out to be the next in line grandson of an ancient feudal family who are living a lifestyle from centuries ago. The boy and girl plan to get married and she is interned in the family's recluse, being educated in the old traditional ways. This does not sit well with the girl who makes many hilarious mistakes. One day a crisis leads to less strict conditions for the girl who in turn starts to appreciates the values of traditional family life, so aloof from her own family's single quest to make money. In the end even the girl's father accepts this and refutes his old ways, while in the meantime gangs of his enemies are conquered by the defending feudal family. This movie is interesting enough, although the plot is rather straightforward and there are not any surprising twists. Still this movie is highly enjoyable, not least because of lead actress Jung-ah Park who is stunningly beautiful as ever.
