Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.
bonpat I really enjoyed this short film. From a technical point of view, I was really astonished to know that Evergreen is a director's first. From the script to the editing, each step seems to have been done with virtuosity. The story plunges you in another place in another time with a feeling to be living this new life. This feeling is reinforced by a good casting and acting, as well as the great quality of the photography. Special effects are where needed, not too much, not too less. I can't avoid to mention the original music which envelops all the previous mentioned ingredients to complete this marvellous recipe.I can't wait to see Ifigeneia Kotsoni next film.PS: I'm surprised by two bad ratings (at the time of writing one rating "1" and one rating "2"). I advise these IMDb members not to let their children play with the computer. It can't be another explanation for such an action.
afostinis I believe there is only one word that can describe my feeling about this movie! STUNNING! Congratulations for the epic script write, casting and the unique atmosphere that comes out of it. Even if it is so close to being another American stereotype it is by far unique. I would really like to consider the possibility of getting a full length movie expanding this one but nonetheless this is another positive feeling felt after watching it. As an amateur film maker i could not be more inspired watching "Evergreen", because it was a proof that when imagination is the main factor in the creative process, marvels are created. Things that can not be recreated but can only be replayed. I really hope that you will succeed and also know that you have won a huge fun!Best regards, Aleksandros Fostinis
