Spidersecu Don't Believe the Hype
Hadrina The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
filippaberry84 I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Roman Sampson One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
Chris King I could relate in some ways to the movie standing up to your Father's expectations and forging your own path in life.An inspirational Underdog story, overcoming family pressures and prejudices. Romance, bro-mance and some slap-stick to boot. A varied cast of characters all coming together to help and support someone's dream. If all communities were like this the world would be a better place. My partner and I have watched it several times and can highly recommend this as a must see movie. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of watching it as we did :-)
Tom Arnond Its nice to see a movie that isn't all about guns and violence or riddled with special effects. An ode to the latter day. What you have here put succinctly is a rags to riches, underdog story of someone looking to pursue their dreams. I must have missed this in the theaters a grown up American pie movie if you will peppered with some genuine laughs along the way. It would have been nice to see more of the romance unfold in the relationship, but that harshness would bare more resemblance to reality. It would have also been interesting to see how the restaurant prospered with a flash-forward, showing the family slightly grown up, though possibly unrealistic in this economy. Keep an eye out for some of the better known cast and cameo experiences
Nicole Orsino The bromance between the two main character's and the things that they encounter are great, very realistic and entertaining! The realism in the interactions is what made it so amusing! Sure there were parts where you might find yourself wondering when that might ever happen to you, but for a delivery guy you never know the things that he runs into! Makes me wonder what my delivery guy has witnessed haha Not only are the character's on their delivery route entertaining but Stefano's parents are definitely true to the "typical" Italian parents schemata. Had me thinking about how my mother reacts to certain things, and certainly made me miss our big Sunday dinners! Had to watch it a second time with my boyfriend and now he's yelling at me in Italian and calling himself Stefano, 100% worth it !
