'Chasing the Dragon 2 : Master of Ransom' is based on a real-life spate of kidnappings that terrorised Hong Kong’s elite in the 1990's. Tony Leung Ka-fai plays the kidnap kingpin, while Louis Koo is the undercover agent who infiltrates his gang.
