Reviews
Cortechba Overrated
Phonearl Good start, but then it gets ruined
Brenda The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
Cheryl A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
boblipton The come-on for this Lantz cartoon is that it features Andy Panda. Master Panda seems to have spent almost as much time defending his country during World War Two as Paul Terry's Gandy Goose -- although Andy's work had him wearing fewer uniforms. In this one he appears at a dog training center in a variety of roles: mess sergeant and drill instructor, to name two.Unhappily, although its structure, a series of blackout gags, offers a set-up that is very attractive for cartoons, the quality of the gags isn't very good. For a topical cartoon, one that would not be expected to age well, that means this one is below par during a period of very good cartoons.
