WillSushyMedia This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
lcisneros1026 Audrey the Trainwreck is a story about two people falling for each other among their everyday routines. The performances are all good and the story is a cute one. The female lead is charming, quirky and adorable all at the same time. The kind of chick other girls want to be friends with. Throughout the film you find yourself rooting for the "almost" couple so it's otherwise engaging. They are a few funny scenes that actually made me laugh out loud as well. One in particular that sticks out is an uncomfortable bridal shower scene. Ross perfectly captures how annoying these can be. Serioulsy, I'm a chick and I've been to many. The scene is brilliant. Also, though her name escapes me, the actress who plays the bride-to-be is spot on as well. Soundtrack is good too. The standout performance in this film is Danny Rhodes as Scott. Hands down. Although in a relatively minor role as our leading man's roommate, Rhodes steals every scene he's in. The film is worth seeing just to hear his rant at the end about airport security. Hilarious and really well written scene. The leading man (whose name escapes me) also shines here, but the scene really belongs to Rhodes. Overall not a bad little film. Oh and the ending is totally unexpected!
