Reviews
WillSushyMedia This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
Robert Joyner The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
Aneesa Wardle The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
Edwin The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
will-27-752801 One of the most gripping, cohesive and sensuously dense shorts in the genre that I've seen in a very long time and a thrill from beginning to end. There really isn't a single misstep that would make you want to exit this magic realism roller coaster ride into Danielle K L Anathema's wonderfully twisted imagination. This is no cheesy ego trip by some new director who wants to toss around buckets of blood and badly made prosthetics with their friends but, instead, a very tight well paced exercise in cinematography and atmospheric story telling with production values that punch far above their weight class. Delivers on all counts in spades. If I was Trent Reznor I'd be reaching for the phone about now, and if I was Poppy Z Bite/Billy Martin I'd be thumbing through that(we hope) long neglected screen play for Exquisite Corpse and keeping an eye on this one. If that was the tasting menu, I look forward to deliciously deviant mains in the future.
