60 Spins Around the Sun Trailers

Helmed by "Saturday Night Live" alumna Laura Kightlinger, this hourlong exposé chronicles -- warts and all -- the life of comedian turned activist Randy Credico, an up-and-coming funnyman whose candor tanked his career. But the end of his showbiz days didn't stop him: He switched gears and became a mouthpiece for various causes, including the fight against New York's draconian drug laws. Credico's peers and ex-girlfriends weigh in with insights.

Nonureva Really Surprised!
LouHomey From my favorite movies..
Humaira Grant It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
Francene Odetta It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
OoooDiane "60 Spins Around the Sun" is positively engrossing. Randy Credico is pretty out there, but he's one of the few people in this world who see injustice and get off their easy chairs and DO something meaningful about it. The interviews with Randy and the girlfriends are terrific -- Vanessa Hollingshead is especially engaging. It was also quite beautiful to watch the Mothers of the Missing joking about this eccentric guy who works so passionately to get their kids out of prison. Randy Credico and the filmmakers call our attention -- DEMAND our attention to racism and injustice -- and they show us how an ordinary citizen can make big changes in the world.
